here it is! Slaber the new Ruler! he is the one behind the MER army, the same one who did put chase to Iris, Zelfes and Juste.
why? well here

Iris: he wanted her dead because leaving the MER forces was an act of dishonor and that she is a traitor for the land
Juste: since he is infected there is no other judgement than death itself by hands of others
Zelfes: because she was going to be use as vital source for their machinery and since she escaped they will do whatever it takes to take her powers and used it agaits EGG

About this new character :

he doesn't act by other he does this all by himself wanting to take over everything and everyone, the pain of other is nothing for him, cosntantly laughing at other for being miserables he is capable of many horrible things, raised alone, with magic powers already inside him, he just want to use those to bring more chaos. . . his goals are none other than mere fun
